Oak & Starlight holds women's circles as sacred spaces for connection, reflection, and growth. We gather women together in and around Worthing, West Sussex to share and witness each others’ stories, and root into our authentic selves, re-weaving a greater collective.
Whether you're seeking heart-centred community, looking to deepen your connection to self, or simply desire a space to reflect in sisterhood, our circles offer a welcoming environment where you can show up exactly as you are. Each gathering includes circle guidelines, an opening meditation, a prompt or discussion theme, and story sharing. Each woman who attends plays her role in creating and upholding this container for transformation and belonging.
